A note from the seller...Such a blessing 22020 SW 106th place has been to my family and I over the many years we have called it home. We leave this special spot with a lifetime of love and treasured memories in our hearts. So many milestones were achieved and celebrated in this space: birthdays, proms, graduations, and holidays celebrated with family, friends and such incredible neighbors who have become family. Some things we will miss most are the picturesque walks through the neighborhood streets with hidden pockets to creeks, and waterways, the sound of frogs singing in the spring, and children laughing and playing at Ibach park. Every fall, we loved watching the Tualatin High School homecoming parade kick off from the park with their marching band sounding and walking through the crisp autumn leaves to cheer them on. In the spring, the magic of the Tigard Balloon Festival brought hot air balloons drifting overhead, and winter was made even more special by the festive car parades along Ibach Street, glowing with holiday lights.While we will miss these moments dearly, we are so grateful for the memories they have given us. Now, we look forward to passing this cherished home to its next owners, knowing that they, too, will experience the warmth, joy, and sense of community that make this place so special.This home has a brand new deck in 2024, the water heater, refrigerator, and dishwasher were replaced in 2023, hardwoods were refinished in 2022, new exterior paint and gutters in 2021, sprinkler heads and HVAC were replaced in 2020. This home has been meticulously maintained.
